Fees

Conference registration fees include attendance to the sessions and exhibition, a copy of the conference proceedings (CD-ROM), morning and afternoon refreshments, luncheons, and attendance to the welcome reception on Monday, March 23.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at VDE Conference Services before
February 23, 2009, the registration fee will be refunded less a handling fee of Euro 60,--. When cancelling after February 23, 2009 no refund will be made. Proceedings (CD-ROM) will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
